But I was amused when one of my Dallas-area networking buddies sent me this e-mail message last week:
“I was just watching the creator of Twtvite do a Vimeo on the platform. As he is doing his demo, guess whose Twitter name I caught on one of the screens…YOURS. You are a rock star .”
Sure enough, there is my twitter handle and avatar, prominently featured under the column entitled “Latest RSVPs” in the video embedded below.
That’s my five minutes of Internet pseudo-fame, I guess. Wonder if I can figure out a way to leverage that in my job search.
Twtvite is a fine service, BTW, and one that I highly recommend.
