  • Saved $150K  through design, construction, and maintenance of most commprehensive (5GB of content) and heavily trafficked internal TI technology web site.
  • Introduced Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), Server-Side Includes (SSI), and Really Simple Syndication (RSS) into TI technology support web site (first intranet site to do so)
  • Installed and monitored third-party web site analysis tools for tracking impressions.
  • Acted as early adopter and thought leader of browsers, client-based web tools and technologies and Microsoft client tools; recognized by IT management as TI technical expert.
  • Presented technical training sessions for supported products to TI employees as a part of periodic internal technology conferences.
